The Columbiana County Vocational School District is governed by representatives from Beaver Local, Columbiana Exempted Village, Crestview Local, East Palestine City, Leetonia Exempted Village, Lisbon Exempted Village, Southern Local, United Local and Wellsville Local school districts. A nine-member board is appointed by these partner school districts, one from each of the nine districts in a rotation schedule. The board meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Central Office Board Room.

Representative of United Local Schools, Justin is serving his first year on the CCCTC Board.

Representative of East Palestine City Schools, Brian is serving his third year on the CCCTC Board and is the Board President for 2024.
LINDA MORRIS
Representative of Southern Local Schools, Linda is serving her twenty-fifth year on the CCCTC Board.
TK HISCOX
Representative of Lisbon Exempted Village Schools, TK is serving his second year on the CCCTC Board and is the Board Vice President for 2024.
ANTHONY RONCONE
Representative of Columbiana Exempted Village Schools, Anthony is serving his seventh year on the CCCTC Board.
GARY ALTHISER
Representative of Wellsville Local Schools, Gary is serving his first year on the CCCTC Board.
CHARLES WELLMAN
Representative of Crestview Local Schools. Charles is serving his sixth year on the CCCTC Board.
