OFFICE MANAGEMENT

New Hybrid 600-hour short term program. Designed as a half online and half in a traditional classroom format, allowing students time to continue working while in school.   Courses cover a variety of topics that will make you a valuable asset to your employer.  Today’s office is automated in all areas. Learn the latest in technology practices needed to operate in a modern office setting.  The office environment requires personnel that can utilize business apps for efficiency and management software to store and retrieve files and data. Coursework includes business writing, customer service, business math, and up to date IT office coursework. In person classes will occur two evenings a week, with online course work to be completed during the hours that work with the student’s schedule. 

  • Office Managers need to know how to keep data secure and private.
  • Office Managers need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and online stored files.
  • Office Managers need to manage online calendars and apps.

Start Date:  September 6, 2022
2 Semester Program – 600 hours
Evening Classes- Tuesday and Thursday 4pm to 10pm
Online Theory – Asynchronous learning, allowing learning on your own schedule, within a certain timeframe.
Program Tuition: $ 5,700 ($2,850 per semester)



As a minimum requirement all CCCTC Adult Education programs require students to hold a High School Diploma or GED. 

 

Students are offered instruction on using specific computer applications needed for all programs.  However, it is helpful for students to be familiar with use of a personal computer to navigate computer applications used in all CCCTC Adult Education programs.
