The mission of the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center, Adult Education Department is to provide high quality educational opportunities for adults to increase their skill set.

Approximately 300 machinist positions, which pay an average starting wage of $14 per hour, are expected to open in Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, Lawrence, and Mercer counties within the next few years. A clear demand exists in the field of manufacturing for highly skilled machinists. Wages for this trade are competitive in our area, and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Experimental Pell Grant
Columbiana County Career & Technical Center was selected to participate in experimental federal programs that offer Pell Grants to students who otherwise would not be eligible. The program is only available at 24 schools across the country and CCCTC is the only participating school in Ohio.
