Registration Requirements

 


Registration may be completed in a variety of ways. To enroll in one of our training programs students may: stop by – 9364 State Route 45, Lisbon, Ohio 44432 or by calling (330) 424-9562, or enroll by submitting your registration by mail.  Registration forms are also available to print from our website: www.ccctc.k12.oh.us.  

Payment may be made in person by cash, check, money order, MasterCard, or VISA. Payments accepted Sept. through May,   between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Monday through Thursday and until 3:00 PM on Fridays. During the summer months, the Adult Education office will be open for payments or to discuss financial arrangements between the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

To be officially registered, a student must complete a registration form, present a copy of their high school diploma/transcript, any post high school training or GED test certificate and pay the tuition and related charges or arrange a payment plan at the time of registration.

Students requesting financial aid will need to coordinate their registration through the student services staff.

In courses with limited and selective enrollments, students who have paid will be admitted first until the class is filled. Agency-sponsored applicants will be considered enrolled upon mutual agreement between the school and the funding agency.

Students registered in a full-time or certificated program are required to take the WorkKeys assessments in the skill areas of Applied Math, Graphic Literacy and Workplace Documents. (see specific requirements and information on selective admission for some programs)
